The space Casa Ceiba is a two story brand new house. The entire ground floor is composed by two apartments: - "Apartamento Ceiba NEGRA" consists of one bedroom with one queen size and one individual bed, one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. - "Apartamento Ceiba BLANCA" consists of one bedroom complete with private bathroom, a second bedroom with his private bathroom too and a fully equipped kitchen. A/C in every bedroom (3 in total) included in the price. Both apartments have his outdoor patio and a shared swimming pool. This solution is perfect for two families or friends. The two apartments are equipped with orthopedic mattress, ceiling fans in every room plus an additional pedestal one for the bedroom, real hot water, an automatic washing machine, drying rack, insect screen windows/doors, WI-FI 300 Mbps free access, TV (one for each room), security box. The two kitchens have fridge, microwave, blender, toaster, cooktop and coffee maker...and cutlery, dishes and everything necessary as well! Featuring also bed sheets and bath towels (not to be used outside the apartment or for the swimming pool). No beach towels provided. We are pleased to provide basic kitchen staples (sugar, salt, oil, coffee), hand soap and toilet paper, only for the needs of the first days. We have two supermarkets at about 250 mts where you can buy everything you need. At Casa Ceiba you can enjoy the presence of howler monkeys, horses, cows, pigs, iguanas, skunks, squirrels, numerous species of birds and many other animals...of course, even any type of insects. You can listen to the sound of nature, choruses of frogs, crickets and cicadas and the lapping of the sea. You can also admire incredible red skies, starry nights and lots of fireflies.
