Located a short drive away from the city, you're close enough to explore the sights of York from the iconic York Minster, to the beautiful Shambles. There is free street parking right in front of the property. The space Welcome to this charming home, designed for comfort and relaxation during your stay. ✨ The Space ✨ Upon entering, you’ll find a cosy lounge with a large sofa and two armchairs, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The lounge is equipped with an Amazon Fire Stick for streaming services like Netflix and a selection of DVDs and board games for a relaxing night in. High-speed Virgin Media Wi-Fi (200Mbps) keeps you connected. The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay, including an electric oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, and toaster. The dining area comfortably seats everyone for meals. Complimentary tea, coffee, milk, and biscuits are provided for a refreshing drink upon arrival. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a super king bed (which can be split into two singles upon request) and ample storage. The single bedroom is ideal for younger guests. Managed by a professional co-host of Airbnb, this property is professionally cleaned and the linen/ towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. The property is set up to offer remote access with easy self check in and we also offer 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance during your stay Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property. Other things to note CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule. Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them. Strictly no hen/stag do's or parties, please keep the noise to a minimum from 22:00 - 08:00 and be respectful of the neighbours No pets allowed. INCLUDED IN THE STAY: For each stay we provide a bath towel and hand towel for each guest, a bath mat and a tea towel. We also provide a welcome pack to get guests starting including tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and sugar. A dishwasher tablet, washing capsule, sponge scourer, J-cloth, bin bags and toiletries including soap and body wash. PARKING There is on-street parking directly outside of the property on a first come, first served basis. It is free to park along the whole street if the space is not available. TRAVEL COT There is a travel cot at the property that is free to use. This is located under the single bed and should be returned there after use. You will need to bring your own bedding for this. There is also a highchair for use at the property. BINS Once every two weeks the neighbours will pass through the courtyard to put the bin out the front. This is the only way they can put their bins out and are only permitted to do so when it is bin collection day.
