Welcome to the Raum am Birnbaum: a light-flooded apartment in the historic old wash house. Large window with idyllic views of the church and Fontane-Birnbaum. Cozy, versatile living & studio space with concealed kitchenette. In the back part is the retreat area with bedroom and bathroom. Outdoor area with table and fire pit. Short distances to the castle, Kulturscheune, etc. - ideal for bridal couples & wedding guests. Usable for vacations, champagne reception during the day or as a living studio. The space A bedroom with a king-size double bed pocket spring mattress, 180 x 200 m. Untreated wooden bed, vegan bedding without feathers/down Ökotest "Very good". Floor oiled, not varnished. There are two radiators in the bedroom. In the bedroom, there are blackout curtains. Extra bed for two more people in the large room possible on request. Living area (45 sqm) with underfloor heating. Kitchenette slightly elevated above the living area with DJ feeling. Small windowless bathroom with ventilation and towel warmer. Other things to note For 2 people, extra bedding for a total of 4 people possible. Unfortunately, pets are currently not allowed. The info "Pets welcome" persistently remains in the system. Complete renovation in December 2023. Not barrier-free inside. A three-step staircase leads to the kitchenette/bathroom/bedroom. No child safety locks are available. The owners live in the same building in another apartment (separate entrance on the other side of the building). Self-catering - there are several cafes in Ribbeck, but they have seasonally varying opening hours and often close at 5 pm.
