Home in Saco

My parents have owned and rented this to guests for 40 years, recently renovated, and we'd love to rent to you this summer! Close to the ocean, fishing pier, restaurants, on quiet dead end street. Ideal spot to get away in during the summer in Maine! Nothing beats a sunrise or sunset from the roof deck! The space Single story house raised above ground 10ft with 2 beds - 1 full size bed in master bedroom and 1 full size bed in second bedroom. Quiet, family oriented area, 2nd house from the ocean and a 2 minute walk to a great beach. Our roof deck is totally enclosed with a specially designed railing and has a brand new patio set for enjoying dinner, snacks or just some relaxing time. There is room on the roof deck for sunbathing of course too. The beach has wonderful sand and low tide is perfect for long walks and looking for sea shells. There is a parking for 2 cars in driveway with free street parking available as well. Gas grill, window fans, AC in kitchen/living room only, Wi-Fi, and all household items available. Roku on 32" TV in living room with couch, 2 comfy chairs, and open, full kitchen. Washer/dryer are available under the house, please note they are shared with our cottage next door and our cleaner. Less than a minute walk to regionally renowned Huot's Seafood Restaurant, where you can stop in for a sit down meal or get takeout for the beach. A minute walk from boat launch, bait shop, great fishing in the Saco river or on the stone jetty, whale watch tours, and fishing tours. 10 minute drive to Old Orchard downtown attractions and amusement park. A short drive away from bustling downtowns of Saco and Biddeford ME with Wal-Mart Superstore, Hannaford Grocery, Shaws, fast food, Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks etc. This is our family vacation house and we welcome the opportunity to share it with you.
