There is a second floor unit above that is occupied. It has a separate outside entrance at the back of the house. Sound deadening materials have been installed between units, but some sound does resonate. No inside space is shared, back deck area is also entrance to upper unit, so some interaction with occupant may occur during your stay. Guest access Main floor of the house. There is no other access to the main floor from inside the house. It is completely private. Back deck, parking area and yard area are shared with occupant in 2nd floor unit. Other things to note In the yard there is a family of groundhogs that live under the shed. They are rarely seen, but let us know when spring is coming :) They are harmless. Please be kind.
