Please note that you are not renting a whole house, You are renting a unit on the first floor of a house that is built on pilings. This unit is 12’ by 22’ and has an attached bathroom that is 12’ x 7’. There is also a full kitchen that has a separate entrance, it is 12’ x 22’ The kitchen is used only by you. The owner of the property has a unit on the second floor. The owner has another house but sometimes he is on the property when you are there. Your unit and the kitchen are completely private and not shared. There is one car parking space for you to use. There are two kayaks that you are welcome to use. You are welcome to fish from the pier. The place is in the waterfront of Mobile Bay where you can have all watersport activities if interested. Please enjoy the beautiful view of the pier and be on the lockout for dolphins. You can watch the dolphins anytime of the day, especially in the afternoon. You are welcome to fish off the pier. Note: The water depth around the pier is between 3 -5 feet , no diving please. You can fish for trout, Mullet, Catfish, Black tip shark, Red Fish,Stingray, Red Drum Etc. We have crab cages at the end of the pier. Place chicken in the cages and drop the cages in the water to see what your luck will get you. You are welcome to use the canoes , please be careful as there is no lifeguard. Please Clean and stack the canoes after use. There is an Aluminum swim Ladder next to the boat, you are welcome to use. Guest access The guest will have a private room with full bathroom and a king size bed, you will also have a full kitchen that has a separate entrance next to your room. All are used only by you and not shared Other things to note There are a nice pier that you can fish from, There are two canoes that you are welcome to use "at your own risk". Please stack them back after use. You are welcome to use crab cages.
