The flat consists of a large living room/bedroom, a large separate kitchen and a new bathroom with rain shower. In the living/bedroom there is a large 180x200 king-size bed and a super cosy armchair. The armchair can be folded out as a sofa bed and, with its modern folding function including slatted frame and mattress, offers space for one person on an area of 80x00. There is also a dining table for 3 people and a Smart TV with free Netflix access and a Playstation 4 including various games. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking: Cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine as well as pots, pans and cutlery, of course. The bathroom has a large shower & washing machine and tumble dryer. Other things to note Location, Parking, Public Transport 🚗🚌 My apartment is located just outside Koblenz, right in the heart of Bendorf – on a quiet, traffic-calmed square that’s still very central. 🛒 Supermarkets, bakeries, and restaurants are all just a short walk away. 🚗 By car, you can reach Koblenz city center in 10–15 minutes. 🚌 By public transport (bus line 8), it takes around 20 minutes. Board at “Bendorf, Remystraße” → Exit at “Rhein-Mosel-Halle,” Koblenz. 🅿️ A free parking space is available directly in front of the building. If you're arriving with more than one car, there’s a public parking lot across the street for just €4/day.
