Get away from it all while being just 5 minutes away from all essentials. This is your rural getaway away from all the hustle and bustle of life. Sd tep back into the comforts of large paddocks and ealk amongst chickens and horses and natural widelife. Please note there are no bus or public transportation that stops in the area. You'll have to bring your own car to get to the property. Property is just 7 minutes away from Westfield Tuggerah and 5 minutes away from nearest exist to M1. The space The room is self contained and has a queen bed, a 2 seater sofa, your own ensuite and basic ammenities like kettle and toaster as well as fridge and microwave. It is one of the three rooms in an annex. The rest of the rooms are listed in Airbnb so you may bump into our other guests. The whole property will be shared with my family but we live in a separate dwelling next to the annex. You may bump into us as well. We have chickens and horses in the property and you are more than welcome to give them a pat. Guest access Feel free to roam around the property. The main house which my family live in is separate and inaccessible to guests. During your stay It's your call! Whether you want to have a chat or be on your own. We have 2 little kids who normally walk and play in the backyard or chase the chickens around. Other things to note There is renovation on the main house and expect construction noise from 9am to 5pm. The place is suitable for guests who are out most morning and need a place to sleep at night. Note that there are security cameras on the general area of the property. The room also have it's own split type air-conditioning. There is no television in the room.
