The space ***Origin at Seahaven now allows street legal golf carts to park over night on the overflow lot. **You must buy a special parking permit at the front desk of the resort. It is separate from the Resort Amenity fee. **Please note there is a resort fee ($75 plus tax/platform fee) to be paid after booking. This fee is charged by the resort and does include your parking pass. After payment of the resort fee, I will pick up your parking pass and property wrist bands and have them waiting for you in the condo for a hassle free check in. **Visit Beaches and Cream shop now located on property…food, drinks, gelato and more!! Perched on the 10th floor of Origin At Seahaven overlooking the year round temperature controlled pool and hot tub, our exquisite condominium offers an ocean view oasis with captivating views from the balcony. Step inside this studio to discover a well-equipped kitchenette boasting a full-size refrigerator and a two-burner cooktop, ideal for whipping up delicious meals. Hair Dryer • Toilet paper (2 starter rolls) • A small starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash is included and disposable. Throughout the condo, ceramic flooring and floor-to-ceiling windows frame the breathtaking Gulf views. This stylish condo comfortably sleeps four, featuring a plush king bed with memory foam mattress and a convenient pullout sofa sleeper. Also included: • Extra pillows & blankets for sofa sleeper • Dual nightstands and a ceiling fan • Built in bedroom closet with hangers and 2 luggage racks * Portable fan Entertainment options abound, including a TV and high-speed internet. On the fourth floor, in addition to the pool and hot tub overlooking the Gulf of America, we offer charcoal grills and ample seating, ideal for socializing and savoring grilled delights. *Small soft sided cooler provided for your use at pool or beach. Additional on-site amenities include a theatre, game room, laundry, gift shop, gym, and a convenient store offering freshly made food, snacks, and drinks. Venture across the street to the beach, where you can rent beach chairs and partake in an array of water sports that are offered March-October by our beach vendors. A code will be provided to you on the day of your arrival. The parking pass and property wrist bands will be waiting for you in the condo for a very streamlined, hassle free check in! ✓ Security: Have peace of mind that the complex is monitored 24/7 by our experienced security team and contains a motion activated Blink doorbell attached next to the front door and faces the exterior. It records audio and visual. Any tampering with the device will result in eviction with no refund. Other things to note *The minimum age requirement is that at least one guest must be 25 years or older and remain for the duration of the stay. If under 25, please reach out as you must be pre-approved by host and may require additional, refundable deposit. Failure to comply will result in eviction with no refund. Up to $1000 fine and immediate eviction if over limit. *Late check out without prior authorization, $50 per 1/2 hour. •Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. The pool is closed during this time. •Please park straight in the parking garage, you will be towed if you are not parked straight. *Subject to eviction with no refund for violation of resort or condo rules. *Excessively damaged towels, washcloths & linens due to makeup and negligence will be charged a minimum $60 damage fee. For your safety and security, please be aware that we have installed motion-activated video doorbells at the front door. These devices face outward and record both audio and visual footage of the exterior of the property. Please note that any tampering with these devices will result in immediate eviction.
