Welcome to our NEWLY RENOVATED unique and serene cottage. Modern elegance with warm cottage feel. Large kitchen featuring large island & breakfast bar. Spa like restroom, waterfall shower. Open winding stair case, 55" smart tv, PS4,wii. Each bdrm has own heat/cool system. Master sliding doors to enjoy balcony looking over large rear yard. Large front porch. Rear porch leading to large back yard for outdoor games and oversized fire pit. 5 min walk to beach, sea doo rentals in town. Other things to note You will have access to a 55 inch screen T.V. with netflix and most other apps via Roku (no cable or satellite. You will be provided with all linens, towels etc. Helpful information will be left for you upon arrival to better equip yourself for uses of heating/cooling, stove and oven (induction), ceiling fans etc. Please be mindful of noise levels regarding neighbors, local fire bans that may be in effect. Also we are on septic system we ask you are mindful to not use sanitary napkins, condoms, Q-tips or cotton.
