Gym access is exclusive to owners/residents and long term renters (6 months and up) and is not available for short-term guests. Swimming pool access for 4 guests (6:00 AM – 10:00 PM, closed Mondays). Extra guests may swim for ₱100 each, payable directly to the guard on duty. Access to gazebo and kiddie park for family downtime. Parking available in front of the building (₱50 overnight / ₱25 day, first-come, first-served). Other things to note 📝 House Rules We want you to feel at home at La Casa De Lac while making sure every guest enjoys a safe and comfortable stay. Here are a few friendly reminders: GUEST IDs is required by the condo management and must be sent at least 24-48 hours prior to arrival. -------------------------- 👥 VISITOR'S POLICY We want all our guests to feel safe, comfortable, and well taken care of during their stay at La Casa De Lac. 🌿 For this reason, we kindly ask that any visitors be arranged in advance. Visitors may be allowed as long as the total number of people inside the unit (guests + visitors) does not exceed the unit’s capacity. To keep things smooth at the concierge, please send us your visitors’ IDs at least one (1) day before arrival so we can register them properly. Surprise visits aren’t possible—any undeclared visitors will need to be entertained at the lobby area instead. Visiting hours are until 8:00 PM so everyone can rest and enjoy a peaceful evening. --------------------------- NO SMOKING or VAPING INSIDE and at the BALCONY To keep the unit fresh and safe, smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are not allowed indoors. --------------------------- NO PETS We love furry friends, but unfortunately, pets are not permitted in the unit. -------------------------- RESPECT THE COMMUNITY Please keep noise to a minimum, especially at night, out of respect for other residents. ------------------------- CARE FOR THE SPACE Kindly dispose of food waste properly and never pour cooking oil into the sink. Clothes cannot be hung on the balcony. ------------------------- DAMAGES and KEYS Lost keys or damaged/stained linens may incur replacement charges. --------------------------- ENERGY CONSERVATION Please turn off the lights and air conditioning when not in use. ----------------- CHECK-OUT When checking out, place the keys in the lockbox, turn off the appliances, and send us a quick message to confirm your safe departure. ----------------- ⏰ Early check-in and late checkout requests may be possible depending on availability, with a small fee of ₱300 per hour. ----------------- 🧳 LUGGAGE STORAGE Since our building has a no luggage drop-off policy in the lobby or unit, here are convenient alternatives nearby: ✅ Option: SM Travellers Lounge – SM City Iloilo 🕘 Opens at 9:00 AM 📍 Located at the main entrance of the mall near the transport hub.
