Guest access The guests can use the apartment, pool and 1 parking space in the garage. Other things to note - Stays of 28 nights or more do not have the utilities included. You pay your consumption of water and electricity separately. We take the numbers of the meters when you arrive and when you leave. The difference is your consumption. - Treat the apartment and the neighbours with respect. Keep the apartment clean and tidy. Tourist Tax. The council of Portimão has implemented a tourist tax. Starting for bookings made 14th of March 2024. The tax is 2 euros per night per person from 13 years and older with a maximum of 7 nights. This is applicable from 1St April till 31st October (High-Season). During the low season the tax is 1 euro per night.
