Concrete is fragile, cost of replacement is $100 usd -Please contact host with any wifi issues- do not touch routers -Guests staying in the home are the only people allowed at the residence, no parties or events unless expressly approved by host prior to check-in -Do not climb or touch trees, note that some trees in the Yucatan are poisonous and can cause serious injury -In case the electricity supply is cut by Tulum`s electric company (CFE) or water supply is cut by CAPA, this will not be grounds for requesting a refund. The host is not responsible for any unexpected service interruptions provided by these companies. -Most of the streets in Tulum are rustic and unpaved. Please keep in mind that you are in the jungle. -If you report an issue at the property and our team is able to resolve it the same day in a reasonable period of time this is not a cause to request a refund. -Any damage caused during your stay must be reported, and the guest will be responsible for covering repair costs. If any linens (towels, sheets, etc.) are stained with feces, blood, or any stains that cannot be removed by washing, the guest will be charged for replacement.
