The yard is partially fenced, has an outdoor dining table, game space for corn hole (provided) and a fire pit with 6 Adirondack chairs.  Must be 25 to rent, no exceptions. Must have one person over the age of 25 for every 3 under (unless children traveling with families). Host may ask for age verification. Guest access Self check in with key pad. Code and check in instructions will be provided in separate messages. There are two owners closets in the home that are off limits as well as the outdoor shed. The rest of the inside and outdoors are all yours!
