In addition to the house, there is a large shaded lot and a private dock. There is plenty of room to park multiple vehicles and a boat or RV. We are right around the corner from two public boat ramps. Other things to note Amenities include a large, fenced dog yard, brand new washer and dryer, kayaks, kayak launch, bicycles, grill with charcoal, outdoor shower, and beach accessories.
