Green Park Punta Del Este Apartment

The Green Park complex is inside Solanas Vacation Club, in the Portezuelo area, a few meters from the beach. It has a beautiful park, more than 100 hectares of mountains and forests, free wifi in common areas, several outdoor and/or heated pools with solarium, gym, and activities for adults and children. It has 24-hour reception and security. In high season, umbrella, deckchair, and towel service is included to enjoy the beach. The space The apartment is a studio with a balcony. It has a sliding partition that divides the bed area from the dining area, if the guest wishes. It has dishes and equipment for 4 guests. It has an under-counter refrigerator, oven and electric stove, microwave and other appliances as seen in the pictures. Guest access Guests can use all the common areas of Green Park and Solanas, except the crystal lagoon. Other things to note The complex does not provide cleaning products or toilet paper in the apartments, which will be the responsibility of the guests. It has a daily cleaning service and provides bed linen and towels to passengers in the mid and high season. Check services available in low season, (May and June), as much of the complex is closed at that time for annual maintenance. IMPORTANT: In winter, the unit has central heating by radiant slab, but it is not included in the rate. It has a separate cost and is turned on at the guest's request. The estimated cost is $35 per night.
