Surrounded by nature located in a beautiful neighborhood, 4 blocks from Arroyo Tropa Vieja and 4 from Arroyo Pando. 15 minutes from the beach. To be quiet and rest. It's a rustic and simple but charming house. Other things to note If you come, you should know: 1- The house is made with bio-construction techniques. 2- The bathroom is a dry toilet. You will be the one to empty it in the corresponding place when it is full. 3- You have to bring linens and towels, although I leave some it is better that you bring them. 4- There is crockery for 3 people. 5- Running water. 6- Gas stove and oven (full tank). 7- Refrigerator. 8- Electric water heater. 9- Washing machine. 110- You have to like natural life, feel part of it. The house is simple, but beautiful to the eyes that can see it🧡 11- There is a small orchard, you have to water it, and maybe you can harvest some fruit and enjoy it (🌾🥰). 12- I live in this house the rest of the year with my son. It is our sacred space. You must commit to taking care of it and be very, very careful if you make a fire. Make sure you put it out well, since in summer everything is very dry.
