Surrounded by nature located in a beautiful neighborhood, 4 blocks from Arroyo Tropa Vieja and 4 from Arroyo Pando. 15 minutes from the beach. To be quiet and rest. It's a rustic and simple but charming house. Other things to note If you come, you have to know: 1- The house is made in bioconstruction. 2- The bathroom is dry bathroom, you will be the one who takes care of emptying it in the corresponding place when it is filled. 3- You have to bring linens and towels. 4- There is tableware for 3 people. 5- Stream water. 6- Gas stove and oven (loaded garrafa). 7- Reller. 8- Electric heater. 9- Washing Machine. 10- You have to like bugs, natural life, feel part of it. The house is simple, but beautiful for the eyes that can see it🧡 11- There is a small garden, you have to water it, and maybe you can harvest some fruit and enjoy it (🌾🥰). 12- I live in this house the rest of the year with my son. It is our sacred space, you must commit to taking care of it and be very careful if you make a fire. Make it small and make sure to put it out well, since in summer everything is very dry.
