Nice room with garden access

The space The room is on the first floor with a private bathroom. The bed is 140 x 200. The tenants are alone on this floor. Access is through the front door and the common hallway. There is another 140 x 200 bed in the room where the refrigerator and hotplates are located. You can rinse in a rinsing bowl. That's always been okay so far. A microwave is available on request.
