This means that the common areas such as the kitchen, bathroom, and backyard are shared. No laundry machines in the suite — no washer or dryer located in the suite. SMOKING POLICY: • Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please do not bring cigarette butts inside the home. • A black garbage bin is located behind the house for proper disposal. • Smoking must be done away from doors, windows, and fresh-air intake/exhaust vents, as smoke odors can enter the home. • Failure to follow this policy may result in additional cleaning or odor removal fees. Do not share the access code with anyone. Only registered guests and approved visitors are allowed in the house (ID may be required). Please ensure all doors are kept closed and locked at all times.
