Sunrise & Sunset includes a lovely studio suite on the upper level and a one bedroom condo at ground level and is the first building you see when entering the Oregon House estate. Built on the rugged coastline along the Pacific Ocean, the view from the Oregon House is picturesque. A private beach access to a secluded cove below offers you the option of agate hunting or relaxing while watching the waves. It's easy to wander, relax and enjoy the sea at the Oregon House. Renting Sunrise & Sunset together gives you and your friends and family plenty of space and privacy yet time to enjoy each other! The upper level studio is spacious yet cozy with a gas fireplace and views of the Pacific Ocean. A comfy king bed and living area boasts plenty of space to relax in. The lower level one bedroom cottage is spacious with a king bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Cozy up to the gas fireplace where you can watch the ocean from the comfort of the living room. Both units have a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, toaster oven and coffee maker (amongst other kitchen gadgets) will give you an option of eating in or bringing home some take-out from one of the fantastic restaurants on the coast. The large upper deck with 2 picnic tables or the lower covered porch gives you an extra space to hang out in, enjoy a favorite beverage, and listen to the sound of the ocean. The Oregon House can accommodate up to 22 people and is perfect for either a romantic getaway, a business retreat or a family reunion! The location makes the Oregon House the perfect home base for exploring the central Oregon coast. Sleeps 4: 2 Kings, 1 Sofa Sleeper; 2 Bath. Vehicles: Licensed for 1 Standard: 2 night minimum; Summer & Holidays: 3- 4 night minimum. Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision. *Each home is individually owned. Amenities and furnishings are subject to change at any time. All the better to unplug and relax! - The upstairs unit in building #1 has approximately 25 steps to climb so please plan accordingly, the lower unit is ground level. - This studio has a gas fireplace. -The Oregon House has a shared laundry room for guests staying on the property. Your door code will open the laundry room door. -This home has a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, toaster oven and coffee maker, amongst other kitchen gadgets. - This is not a dog friendly home. Please make other arrangements for your furry friends! Sweet Homes does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitor. -Barbeque grills are not provided at this property. If you bring your own small grill, please only grill away from the building. -There is a landline phone at the laundry room door if you need to call and your cell phone isn't getting service. Guest access Several days prior to check-in you will receive a link to the phone number that you provided in your reservation that will share information about your home that you chose! On the day of check-in you will receive a link to check yourself in and request any help at that time. NOTE: The property managers do not have access to the Airbnb messaging system after 5pm. If you cannot access your home call Sweet Homes and select #1 for after hours emergency. A property manager will return your call shortly.
