The space Our single-level home has hosted over a hundred families and groups traveling to Tampa. The pool and jetted hot tub sit out back in a fully fenced yard, the game room runs ping-pong and Pac-Man, and the kitchen is stocked for guests to cook full meals. Mornings at the zoo or the stadium, afternoons by the pool, both fit in a single day. The single-level layout puts all four bedrooms on one floor, no stairs anywhere. The king has its own TV, a glass slider to the pool, and an en-suite bathroom, two queen rooms follow, and one holds the desk and chair for anyone working a few hours. The fourth room is built for kids: a full-over-full bunk with a trundle and a slider straight out to the backyard. A living room sofa bed brings the total to sleeps 10. The backyard is where groups spend their evenings.
