Beautifully designed and rustic space, this cosy cottage with wood burner is nestled in the grounds of a country house at the foot of the south downs. Very comfortable super-king size bed, ensuite with shower, reclaimed floorboards throughout and brick walls make this a comfortable and charming spot for a country getaway. Access on foot to the south downs, 10 minutes drive from the historic town of Lewes and 30 minutes to the vibrant city of Brighton. Well behaved dogs welcome. The space Open plan kitchen and living with a dining table that seats 4, doors that open out to decking and garden area. Please note the l-shaped sofa in the living room is quite low. Separate bedroom with super king size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. Mezzanine level above bedroom accessed up a ladder with an additional bed. Please notify in advance if you wish the extra bed to be made up Other things to note Pleaae note the L-shaped sofa in the living room is quite low, we have had a few guests mention that for some it is difficult to get up and down to, so be aware.
