The location is excellent: Close to the city center, KIT, FZI, Technologiefabrik, and Hoepfner Burg. Supermarket, restaurants, university (KIT), and the Karl-Wilhelm-Platz tram stop are just around the corner! You can start your day with a NESPRESSO coffee and enjoy all the beautiful amenities this penthouse has to offer. The penthouse features 3 bedrooms each with a comfortable double bed, a large Smart TV with Netflix and Disney+, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge/freezer, and everything you need. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with showers, and there is also a washing machine and dryer in the apartment. Of course, we provide fresh towels and all the essentials like shower gel & shampoo. The apartment, with 2 additional comfortable sofa beds, can accommodate up to 10 people. There is a free underground parking space available (max. clearance height 190cm), as well as ample parking around the building, some of which may be chargeable. Guest access You have the entire apartment at your disposal. Feel right at home! Other things to note We provide high-quality bed linens and towels for your comfort.
