Characterised by its beautiful Venetian architecture Perast is known for its picturesque setting and has numerous well-preserved palaces and churches. The town also enjoys a selection of waterfront cafes and restaurants where visitors can enjoy local Montenegrin cuisine. The UNESCO World Heritage Site of Kotor is a 15-minute drive from the property and boasts a rich history dating back to ancient times. The town's medieval architecture, including churches, palaces, and fortifications, reflects its importance as a strategic coastal settlement. Another famous attraction nearby is the artificial island of Our Lady of the Rocks (Gospa od Škrpjela), home to a Catholic church and a museum.
