Guest access Welcome to our authentic Cambodian villa with pool located in the charming town of Siem Reap. The house and pool are exclusively private, no one else will be on the property, you have the entire house to yourself. The House You will have a spacious and bright house, including: - Two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with two king-size beds. - An office, which can be converted into a bedroom on request -Two bathrooms, with shower, bathtub, sink and toilet - A living room, with a large sofa for 12 people, two large fans, a smart TV with more than 16,000 international channels, 45,000 movies and 9,000 series as well as Netflix. - A fully equipped kitchen, with fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, plancha, raclette grill and small kitchen utensils. - An indoor dining room close to the equipped kitchen and open to the living room for 6 to 8 people, an outdoor dining table for 8 to 10 people, dishes and cutlery. - A terrace on the first floor, with four comfortable armchairs, a coffee table and a view of the garden and pool. The house is tastefully decorated in a modern and Khmer style. Both bedrooms and the office are equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a fire alarm system. It is located in a quiet and secure area of Sala Kamreuk, close to restaurants, bars, temples as well as 24-hour night shops, two of which are located just 5 meters from the main entrance of the property, very convenient for buying drinks, cigarettes, snacks etc... The Garden Guests can enjoy a beautiful tropical garden, with: - A 15x7 m pool with crystal clear water and a depth suitable for children and adults. - A pétanque court, with balls, a jack, a bench and a bottle of Pastis. - A barbecue, with a grill, charcoal, utensils, etc. - Garden furniture, with sofa, armchairs, coffee table and cushions. - Two massage tables with mattresses, sheets, towels and coconut massage oils. - A bar with four bar stools, a fridge, a sink and glasses. A dining table with 10 chairs. - Four deckchairs with mattresses and towels. - An exercise bike in front of the pool. - Outdoor shower and toilet, with shower head and faucet. - For children and adults, an area with two goals and a soccer ball, a pair of badminton rackets and their shuttlecocks, water guns for water games, a rugby ball, a volleyball, a petanque court and for adults a volleyball court is available next to the property for $2 per hour. - The garden is surrounded by palm trees, large trees endemic to Cambodia, flowers, plants and statues. It offers a heavenly setting to relax, have fun, cool off and recharge. The Garage: Guests also have access to the garage, with: - Two parking spaces and lighting. A caretaker, may be present on request in the property from 5pm to 8am every day, telephone, flashlight and whistle. - The garage allows you to park your car safely, to benefit from night protection. Additional services We also offer the following services, included in the rental price - Cleaning, carried out every day by a housekeeper, with vacuum cleaner, broom, mop and cleaning products. - Linens, provided on arrival and changed every three days, including sheets, blankets, pillows, towels and bathrobes. - Bathrooms. We provide toiletries, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, toothbrushes, toothpaste, toilet paper and shower towels, disinfectant gel. The welcome is provided by ourselves, my husband or myself, with a presentation of the spaces of the house, pool, garden, garage as well as the services we offer to our guests. A key handover, a welcome booklet, a map of the city, and the best advice will be provided. Additional services not included in the rental price We also offer the following services, not included in the rental price. - Breakfast, served every morning on the terrace or in the dining room, with bread, croissants, jam, butter, nutella, cereals, yogurt, peanuts, coffee, tea, fruit juice and fresh fruit, fried eggs and toast and ham. - Home massage service, a menu of treatments and rates will be provided during the presentation of the villa. - Bike and motorcycle rentals possible A Tuk Tuk driver, available from 8am to 5pm for 4 people, with a vehicle, a helmet and a phone to contact us at any time of the day. - Tours and excursions.
