The house is divided into three levels. On the upper level is the parking space for your car and the entrance, there is another entrance in the lower level. From the inside, all three levels are connected to marbled stairs. Upstairs are the private pool (heatable on request), a toilet, outdoor shower, small pool terrace and the covered BBQ (barbecue) area that you can enjoy open or closed in bad weather. The large glass of sliding elements does not affect the view. In the middle level there are 1 air-conditioned bedrooms with adjoining bathroom (bathroom en suite), the large and light-flooded living-dining room with beautiful balcony and the fantastic panoramic view, as well as a guest toilet. The adjacent open kitchen with a cooking island also leaves nothing to be desired. For hot days, the air conditioning is available for you and a pellet fireplace is available for the cooler days. On the lower level there is another bedroom with adjacent bathroom (bathroom en suite) and two other air-conditioned bedrooms and a shower room.
