This centrally-located studio condo is an ideal option for small families seeking to indulge in a mountain getaway. Its strategic location ensures you are in close proximity to all the essential amenities. The studio features a queen-size, convenient murphy bed, bunks for kids and a comfortable pull-out couch with 6" memory foam. The kitchen is equipped for making your family meals! Additionally, you can ski right back to the door and unwind by the gas fireplace after a day on the slopes. The space This tastefully decorated studio is both inviting and conveniently located. It features a queen-size Murphy bed, a pull-out couch with a 6" memory foam mattress (with no bars!), as well as built-in bunks for the kids. The cozy living area is equipped with a gas fireplace, and the kitchen is fully stocked for meal-preparation, including a brand new fridge, 2-burner stovetop, small convection oven, Keurig, normal drip coffee pot, and toaster. There is a full bathroom w/ bath tub. The studio is also equipped with two smart TVs, one in the living room and the other one by the bed so you can choose the ideal spot to watch your favorite shows. Skiing is made more convenient with direct access to the back door. There is a ski locker located in the building for you. The building also features washers and dryers for your convenience. It's worth noting that the studio is located within the Sugarloaf Health and Fitness Center, which features a gym, hot tubs, and a cafe. However, please be advised that we are not affiliated with them and cannot be held responsible for their hours, prices, or operations. Please contact them directly if you intend to include it in your trip plans. Please note that while the condo itself is one level, you will need to ascend a set of stairs to access it. This is a studio condo and there is no private bedroom. There is a pool on site, for a separate fee. We are not affiliated with the Sugarloaf Fitness Center, but it is a great extra amenity. Guest access There are locked cabinets by the bedside. These are owners quarters- please do not tamper with. There is a ski locker in the building for your use as well as washer and dryers.
