A BEAUTIFUL HOUSE IN FRONT OF THE IGUABINHA LAGOON

Hello, I'm Josy Dalla and I'm renting a beautiful beach house, also considered a farmhouse (single-story), with a swimming pool, barbecue, parking space, in the AMAPI condominium, for a season or annually. All this, 5 minutes walk to the local shops, where there is a pharmacy, LAN house, supermarket, bakery, gas station, small square with workout equipment, health center, etc. The space The house I rent is the GROUND FLOOR, while the upstairs house is used by my husband and I, and we have two docile puppies, who stay in the kennel, away from the house. The single-story house has (02) bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other bedroom with two single beds, a living room, kitchen, laundry, (01) internal bathroom and the other (half) bathroom near the pool, barbecue with gourmet space, shower near the pool, a place inside the yard to park, a beautiful yard with fruit trees, in addition to having an unobstructed view of the Iguabinha lagoon... Come!!! Guest access Guests can walk to the local shops in 5 minutes, following the beach or the main exit of the condominium. The house is in front of the beach, also considered the Araruama lagoon, suitable for bathing, with fish, shrimp and fishermen with stalls selling on site, and now a seahorse has been found and filmed, posted on YouTube, on the beach... All that I describe, you find here in Iguabinha, our paradise!!!! Other things to note The swimming pool and barbecue area are exclusively for the guests of the single-story house.
