This space is laid back, comfortable and bright overlooking a large decked backyard - you’ll wake up to birds chirping instead of city noise. Just under a mile walk to the beach. We are 1.5 blocks Stern Grove Park and from the L train line that connects you directly to DT, Castro, beach, and other main SF attractions. Golden Gate Park is 1.5 miles away. We’re near several food/shop corridors (Taraval, Irving, Judah, Noriega, Sloat…) and so many delightful restaurants to pick from nearby! The space Our bedroom includes a queen bed with a dresser and closet for storing clothing/items as well as a desk and iMac - a great area to WFH. Our living room/kitchen area includes a cozy couch, smart tv, and basic cooking materials. Guest access You are welcome to get some fresh air in our backyard that the apartment overlooks - this space is accessible through the garage and down the hallway. Our washer and dryer are available for use for 1 load of laundry per week. Other things to note We live in the upstairs unit and value your privacy but are here for any questions you have!
