The Island House

Welcome to our home away from home! Sint Maarten has been our favorite island getaway for several years and we are excited to share it with you! This spacious 6 bedroom newly renovated home has panoramic Caribbean Sea views and breezes. Spend the day at the pool watching boats pass by with distant views of St Barths. The home is located in a gated community in Dawn Beach, close to the French line and some amazing quaint, local restaurants and tucked away from the tourist hustle-bustle. The space The home has two separate structures separated by the patio and pool. The main home has a master suite with a king bed, bunk room with full bath and a downstairs ensuite with outdoor access. The pool house has a master suite with king bed, a bedroom with queen bed, bunk room and an additional full bath. The main house has a fully stocked kitchen, living room and dining area which opens to an ocean front deck with views of St Barths. The fully fenced and gated property sits on over an acre of beautifully landscaped yard and ocean views. The neighborhood is about 30 mins from the airport and minutes from Captains Alan’s boat charters and several restaurants.
