The garage is not accessible to guests. Children must be supervised at all times around the lake. The lake is closed during winter months. Dogs are allowed with a $250 non-refundable fee for the first pet. Please inquire about multiple pets, cats, or long stays. A $1,000 security deposit is required for local guests. You may see property maintenance on-site for snow removal, hot tub service, or other exterior upkeep. These services are weather- and schedule-dependent, and exact timing cannot be guaranteed. You may be asked to move your car to allow access. The home is not childproofed. Guests assume responsibility for safety. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
