Blue Bay Beach House is situated on Blue Anchor Road, a favourite location with Bay regulars as it is close to the beach, tennis court, playground and village centre, but also very private. Sleeps up to 6 in 2 bedrooms plus optional sofa bed. 2 dogs welcome too (no puppies). The space Blue Bay Beach House is situated on Blue Anchor Road, a favourite location with Bay regulars as it is close to the beach, tennis court, playground and village centre, but also very private. Enter through the back door into the hallway and through to the spacious open plan living area. To the right is the kitchen with all the appliances you need including a tall fridge-freezer and Nespresso coffee machine. To the left is the dining space for 6, with dedicated work space, and through to the living area, with 2 sofas, log burner and TV. From the living space, there are large bifold doors onto the expansive front deck, which is perfect for the afternoon and evening sun. There is a table and chairs plus sun loungers on the deck. Down the hall, there are two bedrooms and the door back to the patio/garden with BBQ and dining table and chairs. The main bedroom has a kingsize bed and ensuite wet room, and second bedroom with 2ft 6 single beds beds (can be joined to make a king on request), and ensuite bathroom with bath and shower over. There is also an optional extra double sofa bed in the lounge which is easy to put up each night. TVs in the living area and both bedrooms. Off-road parking bay for 1-2 cars. Log burner and underfloor heating make Blue Bay beach house cosy for breaks all year round. Ceiling fans in all rooms for the summer too. Accessibility The driveway/path sleepers can be uneven and slippery when wet and therefore this property may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues. There are steps to the front and rear entrances. Guest access Guests will have full and private access to the entire beach house, including the rear private patio with seating and a BBQ. In addition, you will enjoy access to the fantastic shared community facilities, which include: Indoor swimming pool Direct beach access via a scenic path Fully equipped gym Tennis court Outdoor ping-pong table On-site pub and shop Arcade and children's playground Other things to note The second bedroom can be made as twin or king. Please let us know at the time of booking what your preference is. A high chair and travel cot are available for your use. Please request them if needed. There is a double sofa bed in the living room (bedding left under the bed or in the second bedroom). Again, please let us know if you wish to use this.
