The kitchen boast stainless steel appliances, fully stocked kitchen amenities and includes a wash and dyer. We will always have coffee, cream, tea & honey, cereal, and light breakfast upon your arrival. (Whatever we have left in the fridge or kitchen you are welcome to serve) Please kindly let me know if you are vegan or have food allergies. While your suite is attached to our home, it is completely private with your own gated entrance, garden, and parking. You do not share with us on the attached main house we live in. (Unfortunately we never get to see our guests unless they request to) We are 2 mins walking distance to 7 11 convenient store, bars and Home Plate restaurant. Your private garden is perfect for Al fresco dinning, winding down with a glass of wine while gazing at the stars and moon. The garden is also a perfect place to work with many chirping friends flying by. We have a large walk in closet which can fit a twin bed in case you have extra guest or young child. (upon request) In addition, a workstation with papers, envelopes, etc. In the event that you need something printed out, scanned, or fax.. We can help you with that too! Currently we do not have cable tv, but have a Smart Tv loaded with Netflix, Youtube, Disney +, Hulu and many movie choices as well as a DVD player. We do not have a bathtub. We have a two person walk in shower with bench seat in Italian marble and bronze medallion. The Neighborhood: El Encanto Heights is one of Goleta's popular neighborhood as it is close to many public schools, parks, highschool and its very close to main shopping centers. Due to Covid, we have self check in.. we will leave the keys inside the gate on the patio table. You will have complete privacy inside the suite and the large garden. We are a lil family of three with a sweet labadore. My husband works full time, and I am always available on site. You can always contact me via cell. Our guest suite is located in a beautiful neighborhood called El Encanto Heights, home of the Dos Pueblos Chargers! Minutes away from USCB College, Cabrillo Business Park, Decker's headquarter, Target shopping center, Calle Real Market Place, Hollister Village Plaza, Ritz Bacara Hotel, Beaches, Parks and 10 mins from Down town Santa Barbara. We are very conveniently close to everything you’d need for during your vacation or business travel. We are close to many parks, local beaches, walking trails, hiking trails, and shopping centers. We are off of the 101 Freeway and truly in the middle of The Goodland. Everything that you might need is only 2 to 3 miles away! Since covid we had added a turbo air filter system that run prior to your arrival.. The price listed includes the 12% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT)... A copy of the Certificate of Authority to Collect Transient Occupancy Tax will be in the suite. As much as we love dogs,cats, and birds...we are unable to host them at this time. Also, we adore infant & toddlers, but our suite is not child proof. We can make exception for children ages 8 and up. (Please reach out) We have a washer and dryer in the kitchen so you can do laundry during your stay. However, we do not supply detergent due to skin sensitivity. The yard: Please be mindful of our yard while we are re seeding and prefer that you do not step on it until it is fully grown in. We have a lot of plants in the suite, if you are staying more than 1 week, please water them.
