No loud music, noise, or karaoke. No Smoking/Vaping: Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the building. Pets: Pets are welcome but must be in diapers at all times to maintain cleanliness and comfort. Dishwashing: Do not wash dishes in the bathroom lavatory. Please use the Community Kitchen. Clean As You Go (CLAYGO): Please clean up after yourself. Registered Guests Only: Only registered guests are allowed in the building. Non-overnight guest fee is Php 200 per person per night. HOUSEKEEPING Long-Term Guests (3 days or more): Your room will be cleaned and towels will be changed every 3 days.
