To maintain a comfortable living environment inside, we have an exterminator service that visits regularly to ensure the best possible protection. Although it's unlikely, please be aware that the property is in the mountains and relies on a single power line. While we are connected to the power grid, there may be occasional disruptions. If you experience a power outage, please inform us as soon as possible so we can notify the power company to resolve the issue. We have one outdoor camera by each of the front doors to monitor the property.
