Dedicated suite and back yard area with its own gate entry and private entrance with keypad access. Location was built into a studio style living suite attached to a large home. It has a full kitchen, shower, coffee maker, cream, & sugar. Large flat screen TV with Roku and very fast WIFI! -The space can comfortably fit up to two adults with a queen bed. -A modular couch can also be configured to sleep a 3rd guest. -Privacy shades in the sleeping area for additional darkness. -The gated entry way leads to the suite door. Several steps beyond the entry door will be the private yard. It includes comfortable seating, a small table, and outside lighting. -The entire patio and suite are private and has everything you will need for your stay. No shared space. Suite is attached to right side of main house, but your patio and entrance are all private and you will be the only ones entering onto the right side of the house. Other things to note There is a Keurig coffee station with a large selection of coffee pods on the bottom shelf. Additional selection of tea (non Keurig) is also in the coffee station. All is complimentary including cream and sugar. Refrigerator is also stocked with complimentary bottled water. ***NOISE- in order to maintain a high quality experience for both guests and neighbors please respect all house rules and keep noise to a minimum.
