Executive 1-bed flat, 20 min to Helsinki/Airport

Super cozy flat with big balcony, PS5, karaoke! Our perfectly located 1-bed flat is less than 20min from Helsinki city center and Helsinki-Vantaa airport, just 3 minutes walk from Myyrmaki station. The flat includes a standing desk to use for work or as a breakfast bar, a bedroom with a queen bed, cozy sofa bed, a smart TV, and a PS5 with karaoke + PS5 games + entertainment (Netflix, Prime, Disney+). Other amenities include: WiFi, coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, Miele washing machine. The space This flat was a passion project for me and my partner. It's our home away from home in Finland; a small but thoughtfully designed place, for maximum comfort and also allowing for space for work. It's the perfect property for a single traveler or couples. The space is small with just around 30 square meters but it has everything you need. Electric standing desk with power plugs (Finnish / European plugs), so you can work effectively. Philips Smart TV with Ambilight function for perfect cozy movie nights, or catching up on your favourite shows. We also include a PlayStation 5, with karaoke game and few other games we have, or use the Media apps in PS5 to have access to even more entertainment like Disney+. Guest access You have the whole flat to yourself! It's a compact but lovely space. Other things to note Nearby Myyrmanni shopping center that has multiple grocery stores and other shops, open almost daily until midnight. Myyrmaki is a cool up and coming area between Helsinki and the Airport, directly connected by train. The area is famous for having colorful graffiti art near the train station, created by international and local artists. There is also a library and a museum "Artsi" just few minutes away. This is a perfect location for many destinations in Helsinki. If you are traveling to Messukeskus Helsinki, for example, you are just 13-15 minute drive away with Uber or local taxi services, or 25 minutes door to door with public transport (train). For Helsinki city centre, trains go directly there, so you are in the central rail station in 18 minutes after leaving Myyrmaki train station. You'll need the "AB" zone ticket. For the airport, the train is a 16-minute journey from Myyrmaki to the airport. You'll need the "BC" zone ticket. In the vicinity there are numerous sports halls as well as a campus of the Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, just a short walking distance away. For jogging routes and walking nearby, aim for the forest areas, or, on a beautiful day, climb to the top of "Malminkartanonhuippu", for some beautiful views of the surrounding area. For food delivery directly to the flat, you can use the app Wolt; very popular in Finland!
