Both the properties are adjacent to each other in the same compound, but at any given time you will be the only party using the common facilities whichever option below you choose , giving yourselves the complete freedom. Option 1 - 1 BHK: A separate building within the property featuring a bedroom with an attached bathroom, an attic workspace, and a balcony. It includes a king-size bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the attic, accommodating up to 4 guests. Additionally, there is a dining hall for convenience. Option 2 - 2 BHK:A well-equipped unit with two bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom and a private balcony. The space includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room. Each bedroom has a sofa-cum-bed, allowing up to 6 guests to stay comfortably. Option 3 - 3 BHK:A combination of the 1 BHK and 2 BHK properties, offering a total of three bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, and shared living and dining spaces, accommodating up to 10 guests. Other things to note Direction: In the last 1 km is a single-lane, curved concrete road with a climb of 150-200 meters from the foothill. While it can be confusing for first-time drivers, it's regularly used by vehicles ranging from scooters ,auto rickshaws to all passenger vehicles upto 7-seaters heading to various destinations on the hill.
