They will not be allowed for guest use Portable fan/heater only (No AC/Central heater) Laundry for guests w/ 7 days or more Cameras in yards/entrance area There's 2 cats. Dog occasionally visits Thank you The space This is a 2-story single family home. Please note: Room#2 is located on the 2nd floor (must go up the stairs). Guest access As a reminder, there will be no guest access to the kitchen (no cooking, etc.), family room (has curtains covered for host's privacy), garage and backyard. All guests can communally use the main living room (located near the entrance door) to use the refrigerator, microwave, tea/water kettle, utensils, plates and cups. Laundry is only for guests staying 7 days or more only. During your stay I am available via Airbnb app as well as can be reached by phone. I do not have any preference in guest interaction, yet will always give them privacy as well. Other things to note I have multiple night lights and reflectors on stairs and certain areas of the house for guests.
