This spacious 250 sqm villa on 2 levels accommodates up to 6 guests and is the perfect retreat for relaxation, offering two large private terraces, a heated shared pool (8x4 m) with a 300 sqm deck and lounge area, and breathtaking panoramic views of the Kvarner Bay. The villa features a luxuriously equipped living and dining area, three comfortable bedrooms, and modern amenities designed with attention to detail. For guests with electric or hybrid vehicles, a private wallbox charging station is available in the garage. Whether you want to soak up the sun by the pool, enjoy dining al fresco on the terraces, or explore the beauty of Opatija and the surrounding coast, Villa White Pearl Diamond – House B offers the ultimate combination of comfort, style, and tranquility for an unforgettable getaway. The Space: The main level (125 sqm) features a generous central entrance, a modern fully equipped kitchen with a separate pantry (2 extra fridges & large freezer), and a personalized living & dining area with breathtaking sea views over Opatija’s historic K&K residences. The air-conditioned living area offers cozy seating, a welcoming dining space, and a modern home entertainment system with Sonos sound and Apple iPad control. A 30 sqm Sky Terrace completes the space with spectacular views of the pool, mountains, and sea. Downstairs, 3 spacious bedrooms accommodate up to 6 guests. Each bedroom is air-conditioned, has a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and a covered balcony with sea views and access to the sun deck and swimming pool via an external staircase. Outdoor & Pool: The 300 sqm pool and sun deck is shared with the neighboring villa, while each villa enjoys a private lounge and sunbathing area. The heated saltwater pool is maintained daily and features 6 comfortable loungers, umbrellas, and a cozy lounge corner. Guests can enjoy sun-soaked or shaded, relaxing areas with stunning Mediterranean views up to the Monte Maggiore peaks. Family & Pet-Friendly: The villa is ideal for families, couples, and guests traveling with well-behaved dogs (dogs accepted on request, extra fee may apply). Parking & Security: Free parking is available on the fenced property: 2 outdoor spaces and 1 garage. The driveway is secured with an electric gate, and the property is fully enclosed for privacy and safety. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival, paid in cash. It is returned in full at check-out after inspection confirms no damages. Additional Important Information We offer a private wallbox charging station in our garage for electric/hybrid vehicles. The exact billing will be settled at the end of your stay and will be deducted from your security deposit of €200 (only for charging electricity in the garage). We use a state-of-the-art wallbox, the ChargeOne EVC04 from Vestel, Made in Germany. Temporary construction noise in the surrounding area may occur.
