Self-contained Studio Annexe, near Fleet

NEWLY REFURBISHED - one bedroom, self-contained annexe featuring a kitchen and shower room. The space Our annexe has an open plan kitchen/ living / bedroom space and a separate shower room. The space is private and has it's own access. You will find a double bed with integrated side tables, lights and USB chargers. Under bed storage available for small cases. The low wardrobe has drawers, hanging space and two shelves. Extendable dining table with 2 chairs. Bracket Internet TV, see comfortably from bed or pivot to watch whilst you cook/eat. The annexe has a compact kitchen with under counter fridge, built in microwave, 2 burner hob, oven, extractor fan and sink. We provide all the essential items - tea/coffee/milk/oil/sugar/washing up liquid/dishcloths. The shower room has a large shower, toilet, sink, towel radiator, shaver point and light-up mirror. The mirror has Bluetooth and you can play music through it. We provide shower gel/shampoo/conditioner. Plantation shutters are fitted to the main windows and blinds to the French doors for privacy. Hot water and underfloor heating. Driveway use included. Own entrance via side gate from driveway. *You do have to access via the garden so you may meet the dog / children / me on occasions. Guest access Our annexe is accessed via a side gate, which is to the left of the driveway. The side gate is for our guests sole use. The gate opens on to a concrete path which leads round to our garden and the annexe. At the end of the path you need to climb 4 decking steps on to the decking. The annexe has its own set of French doors, for which you will have your own key and sole use throughout your stay. *please be aware that me and the family (including the Cockerpoo, Poppy) may be in the garden when you enter through the side gate. If this is a problem , please contact me to discuss. Other things to note The dog may be in the garden unattended at some points during your stay. No children, please.
