Condominium with full leisure facilities (swimming pools, gym, game room), bakery and restaurant in front and supermarket next door. Uber available. Apartment on the ground floor, no elevator needed. I share my apartment with WOMEN or COUPLES (SINGLE MEN NO, because I am single and it is embarrassing) Check if I accept pets and children The space Condominium is located on an avenue with quick access to Vitória and beaches, shops and malls. Guest access The room has a ceiling fan with remote control, desk, SMARTV WITH WI-FI, 2 BEDS and a bathroom just for him! During your stay We are very spontaneous but if the person is shy or prefers discretion, just say and we will leave them alone! Other things to note The condominium has shops in front such as a bakery, restaurant, beauty salon, laundry, dentist, psychologists, clothing stores, opticians, and a supermarket next door!
