My house is ideal for those who enjoy nature and the outdoors. The location is excellent, in the heart of Palermo Soho, 3 blocks from Plaza Serrano. The air-conditioned room is very comfortable and bright, with beautiful decorative details. It has an exit to the terrace, a green paradise with space to relax. I would like to meet quiet people to talk to and thus enrich the experience. WiFi 100mbps. The space I live in a remodeled PH in Palermo Soho, one of the most chic neighborhoods in BA. It's a large house on the ground floor with a central patio. The construction has high ceilings, wooden floors with French windows for better light. There are many plants that are the energy of the house and give it a relaxed and warm style. Check-in times: 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm Monday to Friday. Saturdays and Sundays, ask. Check-out time: 7am to 10am No night check-outs. For example, if you have a 7:00 AM flight and you need to leave the house at 4:00 AM or 5:00 AM, it will not be possible. If you have already made your reservation, before canceling, ask me if an exception can be made at an additional cost. Ask about early check-in and late check-out. (To be confirmed according to availability) I have two beautiful kittens, Chalty & Milan, they are very sociable and behave very well. They are affectionate and love to play. They are present and enjoy interacting with guests. Those who stay at home should be people who enjoy the company of cats. The room with cold/heat air conditioning that I rent is on the first floor, which gives it great privacy and independence. It is accessed by a narrow staircase and is located next to the terrace. The bed is a double bed (it does not separate). Towels are available. It also has a desk to work with the notebook, storage space and shelves to unpack clothes, a fan, and a fabulous full-length mirror. It is a very bright, warm room with decorative details. The room is located on the first floor, measures approximately 3 x 3.50m, has a pinotea floor, a window with an American curtain and the bathroom is on the ground floor, in the courtyard. The shared bathroom is accessed by crossing the patio, one floor below the room at a distance of twenty steps. It has a bidet and bathtub. Hot water all the time, high pressure. Safe power outlet. Hairdryer. Since it's shared, we always knock before entering. The last image on the house plan quickly identifies the layout of all the spaces in my home. The kitchen has a refrigerator with freezer, gas oven, microwave, coffee maker and electric kettle. Complete tableware. It also has other appliances, such as a juicer and blender. The washing machine is available at an additional cost. The washing is scheduled and then each user hangs their clothes on the terrace. The terrace is a slice of paradise!
