Detached Dog-Friendly Chalet by the Norfolk Coast

Our dog-friendly detached chalet is a comfortable, well-equipped base for exploring the Norfolk coast, Broads and nearby Winterton-on-Sea. Set on a quiet, spacious holiday park with open green space and parking outside, it sleeps 4 in two double bedrooms, making it particularly suited to couples, friends and adults holidaying with their dogs. A proper home-from-home for self-catering, with electricity and unlimited Wi-Fi included in your stay. Dogs genuinely welcome. Short stays welcome. The space We are seasoned Superhosts, now welcoming guests into our fourth season, and pride ourselves on thoughtful hosting, attention to detail and creating a calm, home-from-home experience. When we holiday, we like to explore from a comfortable, well-equipped base and hope we have achieved that at Seadell. The living room is a warm and inviting space, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the local area. There are two sofas, an armchair, dining table and four chairs, TV and DVD player. The kitchen is unusually well equipped for a holiday chalet, with an integrated electric fan oven, two-ring induction hob, full-size fridge-freezer and slimline dishwasher. There is also a microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and soup maker. We like to cook and hope we’ve provided everything you need if you choose to do the same. If not, there are plenty of cafés, pubs and takeaways locally. The modern shower room has a spacious walk-in shower with rainfall and handheld shower heads, basin, loo and electric radiator. Both double bedrooms are cosy and comfortable, with good mattresses for a restful night’s sleep. Beds are made up ready for your arrival with fresh linen, line-dried whenever the weather allows. We provide a tea towel, oven glove, hand towel and bath mat, but bath and beach towels are not provided, so please remember to bring towels for showering, swimming and dog drying. A vacuum, speed mop, cleaning supplies, iron, ironing board and clothes airer are also provided. Guest access Access all areas for both dogs and humans. We don’t ask that you crate your dog/s but some enjoy the safety of the crate and would be lost without it. Send us a message with your booking and we can supply a clean, sterilised crate, to save your car space. Our Kong crate measures H60cm. W57cm. L 90cm Other things to note We love dogs and want them to enjoy their holiday just as much as you do. Dogs are welcome throughout the chalet, including on the sofas and beds. We simply ask that you use the throws provided to help us keep everything lovely for our next guests. If your dog needs a shower after a particularly enthusiastic adventure, please use the rubber bath mat provided to protect the shower tray from claws. A few park rules for our four-legged guests Seadell Park requires dogs to be kept on a lead while on the park. Please pick up after your dog and dispose of waste responsibly; there is a dog-waste bin at the park entrance. Dogs may be left in the chalet provided they are settled and do not bark or howl and disturb other guests. There are lots of dog-friendly places locally if your dog prefers to join you, including the Belle Aire clubhouse next door. There is a restraint ring beside our front door if you’d like to sit outside with your dog. Please ensure their lead does not extend beyond the halfway boundary between neighbouring chalets. Dogs should remain under your control around the park, particularly as there may be children and other dogs nearby. These little considerations help us continue to welcome dogs without restrictions inside the chalet and make sure everyone can enjoy their holiday. Please note: There is no gas supply to the chalet, so a carbon monoxide alarm is not required.
