The apartament has 1 bedroom, 1 spacious bathroom, totally equiped kitchen, a dining room with setting for 4 people, a living room with a very comfortable queen sofa bed and air conditioning all over the apartament. The space When you enter the apartment you will be swept from the look of the colonial tiles and the high ceilings, modern furniture, the iconic design feature of the colonial architecture that Old San Juan is famous for. There is a 4 person dining table besides the kitchen. The kitchen is stock with everything that you need to cook a great meal, a fridge, microwave, stove top, pots, pans and dinnerware. We include enough paper towels, trash bags and dish soap. Also, has a coffee machine. The place has one spacious bedroom with a queen bed, big closet, drawer, nightstand with a lamp, air conditioner, black out curtain and big windows. In the living room you wil find a comfortable queen sofa bed with a big screen TV, coffee table and a chair. You will find clean bedding sheets on the bed, and extra linen on the closet for the sofa bed. Guest access The apartment is the second floor of the building, has a couple of indoor patios with furniture, perfect to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning or afternoon. The neighbors are very nice and kind people.
