Step 2: Select the minimum number of guests for the ideal House for your group. It works like this: Up to 3 guests: The charm of the Alce Negro Chalet exclusively at your disposal. From 4 to 6 guests: The experience takes place in Casa Amarela, with large suites and more space for socializing. 7 guests: the place is all yours! The space The Gajo Houses are 30 km from Ubatuba, 15 km from São Luiz do Paraitinga. 5 km of land at KM 57 of Oswaldo Cruz. An area of 11 acres with a good part of preserved forest, hiking trails and a privileged view of Serra do Mar, a soccer field, orchard and a delicious lake/pool with running water from the mine. Oh! And our kennel has a high bathtub for that bath in your pet before check-out! Guest access -> Up to 3 guests: you will have access to the Alce Negro Chalet. -> Between 3 and 6 guests: you will have access to Casa Amarela. -> Over 7 guests: you will have the 2 Gajo Houses at your disposal. Casas do Gajo has a fenced and private backyard (pet friendly), its own parking lot and a barbecue grill. Common areas: Orchard, vegetable garden, hammock area, pizza oven (wood included) and barbecue by the lake, with capacity for 10 people. Enjoy the trail overlooking Serra do Mar, the lake with a natural pool, and the entire structure designed to receive up to 10 guests with great affection.
