Thank you very much :) Welcome to our spacious 360-square-meter house, spread over three floors, offering you an exciting and memorable stay in Bendorf near Koblenz. The perfect combination of comfort and entertainment takes center stage here. As soon as you enter, you’ll be welcomed by our inviting hallway, which features an extensive game zone. Whether you’re visiting as a large group or in smaller gatherings, you’ll find everything you could wish for: a dedicated billiards room, a lounge with a poker table and Nintendo Switch, a foosball table, an Xbox with projector screen, and even a photo corner for fun souvenir pictures with friends, teammates, or family. From the hallway, you can also access our relaxing wellness area located in the courtyard behind the house. The sauna, whirlpool, outdoor shower, and bucket shower promise pure relaxation. The second floor of the spacious house features four of our five bedrooms. The queen-size beds invite you to enjoy a restful night’s sleep, and each bedroom is equipped with clothing racks and storage space. The fifth bedroom on the top floor includes a well-equipped children’s play corner with fun extras such as modeling clay, coloring books, and pencils. The large living and dining area, as well as the kitchen, are also located on the third and top floor. The inviting, cozy couch is perfect for relaxing, while the Smart TV and our game consoles provide plenty of entertainment. A cool karaoke speaker and Let’s Sing 2023 for the Switch are also available if you’re in the mood for singing. In the kitchen, you can prepare great meals using our essential appliances, keep drinks chilled, and enjoy wonderful moments around the generous dining table. A starter supply of Nespresso capsules as well as a filter coffee machine are provided for your coffee enjoyment. To make your stay even more memorable, we provide a gas-grill for cozy barbecue evenings. Please note that the gas cylinder/propane tank is not included and must be brought by guests. Welcome to a stay like no other! Guest access Access to our Rheinsteig Chalet is provided via a key for the front door, which is stored in the key safe mounted next to the entrance. During your stay, the entire property is exclusively at your disposal. Other things to note Important information for you: Outdoor area: In the months of November to March, the use of the outdoor shower and the waterfall bucket cannot be guaranteed due to possible sub-zero temperatures.We ask for your understanding. Heating: The heating is set to 22 degrees Celsius throughout the house. Changes to the radiators are not possible. To use the multi-room system, additional free software (SONOS S2) is required. Further information can be found in the entrance area of the accommodation. Please note that if a guest checks in on the same day another guest checks out, the hot tub may not be at operating temperature yet as it will have been freshly filled and cleaned. The reception in the accommodation is very poor because it is located in a forest. We recommend using Wi-Fi calling to avoid communication issues. We have no objections to birthday celebrations, but please ensure that the noise level is kept down outside. Do not use speakers or loudspeakers outdoors, and avoid loud shouting or other noise disturbances. We want to make sure that all guests and neighbors can enjoy their stay peacefully. In the event of increased cleaning requirements, we must charge a fee of 200 euros. This includes additional tasks such as deep cleaning heavily soiled areas and removing excessive waste. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping the accommodation clean and well-maintained for all guests. The checkout time of 10 a.m. must be strictly adhered to as we collaborate with external cleaning companies that need to start their work promptly.
