Studio at outstanding location

Hi there, Welcome! A small studio but at the perfect location. Just outside the usual crowdedness but very close to the city centre (30 minute walk). Swim in the Amstel, get your cappu at Bam Boa, Hesp, Ysbreker or one of the other reknown places close by! The space My place is small (29m2) and consists of 1 open area with; - at the rear the 2 person bed ((140cm) a desk and small balcony - at kitchen in the middle, - a small living on the street side (mostly one big couch) - a bathroom with all necessities. Despite Dutch cloudy weather you can enjoy enough daylight in this studio. Some disclaimers: There is no TV (read a book! ;) and no Wifi (sorry I use my hotspot). People could actually consider it quite spartan my place as it also doesnt have: - a dishwasher - a table to eat from (i use my couch) - coffee machine (just 5m outside is a great coffee place) - a shower curtain (who needs that) - curtains in general (we Dutch like our daylight and openness) (i do have a spare night shade if needed) - and lastly no bedlight (yet).
