The space This is a 3 bedroom apartment, located in a 2-family private house in Sunnyside/Queens, where the host lives and the private "Blue Oasis" room is reserved for maximum 2 guests on the same booking. The kitchen, the bathroom, the living room and the other common areas (patio etc) are shared with the host during the guest's stay. The host will be present and available at this time. The room comes equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. - Free parking on premises (subject to availability) - A very comfortable full size bed, - Two nightstands, - Two touch controlled night lambs, - A 55" Samsung Smart TV with 100s of channels (movies, news, music, sports, documentaries, shows, you name it) - Netflix and Prime Video for your enjoyment, along with several other free apps, such as YouTube, Tubi etc. - 2-door wardrobe with shelves and partitions inside, - A mid-size desk and a swivel chair for personal/work related uses in the small attached section that can be used as a home office. - A 2.6 cu mini fridge where you can store some snacks, drinks, delicacies and some small size frozen food, - Make-up mirror with 3-color lights, - There's wireless broadband shared in the apartment, My place is good for solo adventurers, couples and business travelers. Guest access - Other than the private Blue Oasis room, the rest of the apartment; the living room, the kitchen and the bathroom are fully accessible at any time and they are shared spaces with the host... - All utensils, kitchenware, appliances are available for guests' use including storing, preparing and cooking any type of meal at any time. - Guests are also permitted to order any deliveries, whether food, packages or similar. - The host resides in the apartment and is always available to answer any questions and/or help the guests with their room or the apartment in general whenever guests require assistance. During your stay The host, in most cases, meets the guest on their arrivals, and is always available to answer any questions or to assist with any room/apartment related issues. Other things to note - This is a non-smoking house and smoking (includes everything from cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, and cigars to cannabis, weed, vaping devices, etc) anywhere inside the apartment is not permitted. - The room is allocated for non-smokers only, - No day-time visitors are permitted without the express consent of the host. There will be a $50 fee for each violation to this rule. - No overnight visitors (except the 2nd AirBnb registered guest). In case of an unregistered/unauthorized/off-AirBnb visitors, there is a fee of $100 per guest/per night, - A Late Check-out Fee of $50 may be applied for check-outs beyond 11am on the final day, - Full name of the 2nd guest is required at the time of booking and a photo ID might to be required at the time of check-in, - Pets, children and infants can not be accommodated in this apartment due to the limitations of pet-related and child-related amenities, - No parties, - No loud music/noise/TV/etc after 11pm and before 9am - - - - - This private room is approved to accept short term rentals in NYC by the NYC Mayor's Office.
