This traditional family house is located in the Fontainhas neighbourhood, 1.8 km from Campanha Train Station and 1.4 km from Sao Bento Metro Station and Sao Bento Train Station. Alegria By the River House offers 4 comfortable bedrooms with a living room, flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, 2 bathrooms, a patio, a small balcony, and free WiFi. The space This is traditional family house from the last century. It is located in the typical neighbourhood of Fontainhas just overlooking the Douro river. Known for being one of the most traditional neighbourhoods when celebrating the local patron St. John on the eve of 23rd of June. Our house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house is devided in two floors. 3 bedrooms on the first floor with one bathroom in the master bedroom, and one bedroom and the shared bathroom at the entrance level. There are stairs to access the house and in the house. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, stove with oven. Please notice that the kitchen sink does not have hot water, but there is a dishwasher to ensure a complete hygene of all kitchen utilities. Both bathrooms have hot water provided by a waterheater which means there is a limited amount of hot water and it takes 30-60 minutes to reheat the water. There is a backyard private patio and a small terrace in the main bedroom. Guest access Guests have full access to the house. Except the loft and one storage room. Other things to note There are stairs to access the house and inside the house.
